Outsourcing Resource Center
We can provide a single technician or teams of technicians to function
under the client’s desktop/network support strategy. This
would include positions ranging from asset managers, move/installation,
desktop support, network support, software/Unix design and support and
project management.

Project Management
We can provide senior level personnel to design and guide a project through
to completion. This would include infrastructure design and implementation,
loadset design and implementation, software design and implementation
and hardware deployment.

Product Maintenance
We are an authorized repair center for IBM, Dell, Compaq, Hewlett Packard,
Cisco, Lexmark, Printronix and Tektronix. We provide both warranty
covered and out of warranty service. We will provide dispatch hardware
support for most PC’s, printers and peripherals. In the on-site
environment, we will get our technicians certified to provide warranty
repairs for any particular printer or other hardware in wide usage by
a major client.

Rollout
Services
We are able to provide temporary teams of technicians to implement or
“roll out” new PC’s, desktop load sets or perform mass
hardware upgrades.

Network Services
We can provide fully dedicated network teams in an on-site environment
or small company design and implementation services. We are a Microsoft
Solutions Provider, Novell Gold and Cisco certified.

Back
Office Support
We can offer our clients utilization of our back office operation.
That would include RMA service, parts delivery, pick-up and delivery of
components requiring bench repair and technical support to the on-site
technician.

Warranty
EMCO guarantees its workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days. Additional
warranties of parts, products, and materials from suppliers are provided
to the extent of the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer. Ordinary
wear and tear and physical damage are not warranted. If on-site service
is requested for items under warranty, EMCO will bill only for the on-site
time, with the manufacturer’s policies being used for parts and
repair labor.
