Title: Help Desk Support Service Specialist

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues, Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
  • Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution,
  • Resolves PC software configuration problems and may remotely install software products or approved patches.
  • Documents user’s problems through the use of an online problem management system including opening, updating, statusing and closing problem tickets.
  • Monitors problem ticket queue to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified metric requirements.

Scope of Position: Works under general supervision. May lead and direct the work of others in the absence of the designated supervisor. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must comply with all physical, data, and IT security, and health and safety policies and procedures.

Attributes / Skills: Thorough knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on documented policies, processes and procedures to accomplish task objectives. Good written and verbal communications to all immediate internal levels of the organization on technical matters.

Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field. Must have MCP certification. A combination of experience and formal technical training may be substituted for formal education.

Experience: Minimum three years of progressive experience

 

Candidate must have the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks in order to obtain security clearance.

Title: Pick-up/Delivery Driver

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for performing warehousing functions, including shipping, receiving, storage, and asset management of materials and equipment applicable to the contract. Activities include receiving materials -verifying items, count, and condition in accordance with the Purchase Order and other documented policies and procedures, reporting discrepancies and damage; recording receipts in the appropriate inventory database; placing in storage, delivering, and/or shipping expedited procurement requests; preparation of receiving tickets and/or tagging equipment or property as required; preparation of materials received to be forwarded to the end-user; removal of items from storage; preparation of materials and equipment for shipment by common carrier; and recording appropriate data in the asset management system.

Title: Network Technician

Network Technician
This position does not assume any supervisory responsibilities. Participates in maintenance activities on network-based equipment. Assists less technically qualified personnel in installing, upgrading and trouble-shooting equipment failures in the maintenance shop and at user(s) locations. A small degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must comply with all physical, data, and IT security, and health and safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the network runs efficiently.
  • Responsible for adding programs, software and hardware per client’s needs.
  • Monitor network performances.
  • Solves any problems that arise in within the network such as crashing.
  • Develop and install data retrieval system these are the emergency systems.
  • Maintain the emergency systems.
  • Record problems that computer users face, and how best to solve the problem for other future references.
  • Control access to the network.
  • Install security programs to prevent unauthorized access to privileged data and information.
  • Updating security programs and frequent changing of passwords.
  • Customizes networks to meet client’s needs.
  • Responsible for server and desktop hardware and software (end user) support.
  •  Experience with computer and user account management networking skills a plus

Skills and Specifications

  • Microsoft Active Directory experience necessary with an understanding from design view desirable.
  • WSUS knowledge required
  • Processing plant environment experience with process control background desirable.
  • OU and Group Policy management valuable.
  • VMWare valuable.
  • Able to work with other people.
  • Able to work independently and without supervision.
  • Be of high aptitude and keen on detail.
  • Self-starter with a take ownership mindset

Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years related experience, or A.A. degree and 3-5 years experience.
