In the on-site environment, technicians are certified to provide warranty repairs for any particular printer or other hardware in wide usage by a major client. We can offer our clients utilization of our back office operation. That would include RMA service, parts delivery, pick-up and delivery of components requiring bench repair and technical support to the on-site technician. We are also able to provide temporary teams of technicians to implement or “roll out” new PC’s, desktop load sets or perform mass hardware upgrades
