
Cindy Moss joined EMCO Technologies in September 2006. Currently, she heads EMCO Technologies as its President and CEO. Together with co-owner and Chief Financial Officer, Mike Lee, she oversees corporate operations of the company, large managed IT service engagements with federal government prime contractors, federal government agencies and major chemical and refining facilities throughout the US.
Prior to her current position, Cindy served in various capacities at EMCO including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Capital Management, and Human Resources Generalist.
Cindy is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Cindy serves as Vice President for the Louisiana Liaison Group and is an active member of the local SHRM affiliate chapter, the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management (GBR SHRM) and the national Society of Human Resource Management.

Mike Lee joined EMCO in June 2005 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mike brings considerable experience to this position having served in the banking community and petrochemical industry in a variety of financial roles. Prior to joining EMCO, Mike was a vice president in the commercial banking division of Hibernia National Bank (now Capital One) and then a business division controller with Shell Chemical. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from McNeese State University as well as a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. Mike is responsible for the overall financial activities of EMCO, including financial reporting and planning, banking relationships and internal accounting and control procedures.

Greg Woodard joined EMCO in 1997 after spending 14 years as owner and manager of consumer electronic businesses along the Texas Gulf Coast area. During this time, he achieved several certifications and awards from top Consumer Electronic companies in the United States.
Upon joining EMCO, Greg was initially responsible for technical support within the PC Division. After new roles in the PC Division, Greg was promoted to EMCO Operations Manager in 1999 for the ExxonMobil plant in Baytown, Texas. In 2001, he became the Texas Area Operations Manager, which added the responsibility of managing all EMCO's sites within Texas. With the addition of new contracts outside of Texas, Greg was promoted to U.S. Field Operations Manager.
Born in Orange, Texas, he is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont with a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology.
He is married to his wife Marsha and they have three daughters, Hailee, Brianna, and Lindsey. Greg and Marsha are proud grand-parents and are affectionately known as Papa G and GiGi.

Rodney Milton has over 15 years of experience in Help Desk Management and Customer Relationship Management. He joined EMCO in September 2006 as Senior Help Desk Support Service Analyst. Prior to joining EMCO he served as an IT Support Specialist II, Technology Instructional Assistant, IT Specialist and Enterprise Service Desk Supervisor. He is from Huntsville, Alabama where he graduated from Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Procurement.
During his tenure at EMCO he has served in several roles to include Help Desk Team Lead, Mobile Computing Supervisor and as the Enterprise Service Desk Operations Manager.Rodney is responsible for Managing and maintaining prime-contract customer relationships across multifunctional areas of the business. Customer base includes Leidos (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology and NASA NEST) Programs.

After graduating from Louisiana State University in May 1993, Sallie came to work at EMCO Technologies as a temporary administrative employee in November 1993.
In her early days with EMCO, Sallie learned about IT inventory, Accounts Receivable and other administrative duties. In later years, Sallie would develop procedures for processing large contract billings for petrochemical customers such as ExxonMobil, and government contract customers such as Lockheed Martin and LEIDOS. She would also take on the role of the administrative Office Manager for EMCO. Sallie has worked on many different tasks at EMCO, from processing RMAs to vendors, to managing incoming and outgoing equipment for one of EMCO’s long time customers, and to learning the basics of SQL (Structured Query Language) for inhouse financial software. Sallie’s need to know the “big picture” of EMCO’s operational mechanics makes her an integral part of the company. Sallie’s philosophy is you can never know too much!
She loves spending time with her two children Jonathan and Emily. Sallie and her husband Tim enjoy traveling and camping.

Lisa joined the EMCO team in August 1999, initially working as a Customer Service Representative in the front office. Lisa’s successful performance and high level of administrative understanding quickly led her to the responsibility of being EMCO’s Contract Administrator, in which she validated and processed monthly Communications and IT billings.
When the need arose for a second IT Contract Administrator, Lisa was selected based on her knowledge and diverse skill set. Lisa has handled monthly billings for ExxonMobil, HP, Perspecta, DXC Technology, and LEIDOS. Her responsibilities also include most Accounts Receivable processing and other administrative duties in the office.
Lisa loves spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She and husband JJ love to fish and enjoy their fishing camp in South Louisiana near the Gulf.
