Janice Harvey
Pellar
President
Janice Harvey Pellar has been a part of EMCO since the business was founded
by her late father, Jim Harvey, in 1962. Prior to graduating from Louisiana
State University in 1973, she worked part time and assumed full time responsibilities
upon graduation. During her years with EMCO, she has developed a unique
and thorough understanding of the company by working in various positions
from Billing Clerk to Service Supervisor. Once she passed the FCC Technicians
Exam, she expanded her company commitment by repairing telephones
and pagers. Her accomplishments were recognized in 1982 when she was appointed
Service Manager. In 1987, she was named Vice President and General Manager.
Upon the retirement of her father in 1988, she was named President and
continues in that position today as the Chief Operating Officer of EMCO.
In addition to running the company, Janice served on the National Motorola
MSS Advisory Council from 1990 to 1993. The nine-member board is selected
from the U.S. and Canada to represent the 1200 Motorola service facilities
across North America. In 1996, she was also appointed to the National
Motorola Problem Resolution Council, representing the Southeast Region.
In addition, she has been a team member and judge for Motorola TCS Team
Competition for the Southeast Region. Under her management, EMCO has also
been awarded the Motorola Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Sales for eight
years. In March 1998, Janice was the keynote speaker for the Asian Motorola
Radio Dealers Convention in Tokyo, Japan.

Gerald Pellar
Vice President
Gerald is a graduate of LSU . He is a
Certified Public Accountant and Certified Purchasing Manager. Prior to
joining EMCO in 1992, he held various management positions in the petro-chemical
industry and a Vice-President at Cajun Electric Power Cooperative. His first
project after joining EMCO was heading the site selection and construction
of the EMCO Main Office facility at 8900 S. Choctaw. He became the CFO for
EMCO and then was promoted to Vice President in 2003.
Pat
Cuntz
Vice President, Communications Division
Pat Cuntz joined EMCO in 1997 after spending more than
11 years with Motorola in the Radio Network Solutions Group (RNSG). His
service at Motorola included such positions as Radio Communications Representative,
Zone Sales Manager, Louisiana Business Manager and Senior Account Manager
for Special Markets. His responsibilities included direct sales and sales
management with particular emphasis in the area of sales and service to
upper-level management personnel within Fortune 500 companies. He is a
graduate of LSU with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
Upon joining EMCO, Pat was initially responsible for business development
within the Communications Division. In addition, he handled the management
of existing radio projects and key customer relationships. In 1998 he
became the Communications Division Manager which added the responsibility of managing
the various radio service departments within EMCO. As Vice President,
Pat is responsible for the overall operation of the entire
Communications Division
including sales, service and administration.

Todd
Bourgeois
Vice President, Information Technology Division
Todd Bourgeois joined EMCO in 1997 after spending 9 years
with Motorola, Inc. as part of Motorola’s Radio Network Solutions
Group (RNSG). Todd’s service at Motorola included being a Radio
Communications Representative and Senior Account Manager for Commercial
and Government Markets. His projects dealt with major communications systems
within Louisiana State and local Government. He is a graduate of Nicholls
State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Upon joining EMCO, Todd was initially responsible for business
development within the IT Division. In addition, he handled the management of
existing field service teams and corporate service contracts. In 1998,
he became the IT Division Manager, which added the responsibility of managing EMCO’s office based service group. As Vice President, Todd
is responsible for the overall operation of the entire IT Division including
sales, service, special projects, and administration.

Mike Lee
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Lee joined
EMCO in June 2005 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mike brings
considerable experience to this position having served in the
banking community and petrochemical industry in a variety of
financial roles. Prior to joining EMCO, Mike was a vice president
in the commercial banking division of Hibernia National Bank and
then a business division controller with Shell Chemical. He holds a
bachelors degree in finance from McNeese State University as well as
a masters degree in finance from Texas A&M University. Mike is
responsible for the overall financial activities of EMCO, including
financial reporting and planning, banking relationships and internal
accounting and control procedures.

Pierre
Aguillard
Technical Services Manager
Mr. Aguillard has been with EMCO Technologies
since 1973 beginning as a communications bench technician and rising through
the ranks to Manager of Technical Services of the Communications Group. He
has been involved in the design, installation and maintenance of Motorola
Smartnet and LTR infrastructures in the chemical plant environment. He has
been the focal point for all systems operations and design for ExxonMobil
and has designed and fabricated many specialized devices for their use.

Richard Thomas
Field IT Operations Manager, Eastern Division
Richard Thomas joined EMCO
Technologies in November 1995 as a Technician at ExxonMobil Baton
Rouge. Prior to joining EMCO Technologies, he had 15 years of
experience as a Field Service Technician for NCR working with
various national accounts. His career with EMCO Technologies has
included involvement in and oversite of several large scope IT
rollout projects. In August 2001 he was awarded the Distinguished
Service Award from ExxonMobil Chemical Information Systems for his
roll in the Horizon
Standard Managed Environment rollout. In 2005, he was promoted to
Eastern Division Field IT Operations Manager where he is responsible
for overseeing the daily operations of IT personnel located at sites
in
Louisiana and Alabama.

Greg Woodard
Field IT Operations Manager, Western Division
Greg Woodard joined EMCO in 1997 after
spending 14 years as sole proprietor or manager of several consumer
electronic businesses along the Texas Gulf Coast area. During this time he
achieved several
certifications and awards from top Consumer Electronic companies in the
United States. He is a graduate of Lamar University with a degree in
Industrial Electronics Technology.
Upon joining EMCO, Greg was initially responsible for technical support
within the PC Division. After new roles in the PC Division, Greg was
promoted to EMCO Operations Manager in 1999 for the ExxonMobil plant in
Baytown, Texas. In 2001, he became the Texas Area Operations Manager, which
added the responsibility of managing all of EMCO's sites within Texas. With
the addition of new contracts outside of Texas, Greg was promoted to Field
IT Operations Manager-Western Division in 2005 and now oversees all
operations for the Western United States.
